Yes they can, however, in our experience it’s always easier if its just you and the operator there. This helps to avoid the vendor becoming the director, while we find they have good intentions , it’s much better if they have already conveyed their ideas to you beforehand to incorporate into your video.

Premium Video we allow 1.5 hours onsite
Luxury and Lifestyle we allow 2.5 hours onsite

We aim for your video to be delivered within 2 working days after it was filmed.

We will email you with 2 links, one will be a youtube link to your video on “our” youtube page. This is so you can immediately take a look at your video. The other link will be for you to download a Hi-Res master copy of your video. This is the one you download and then upload to your own youtube page, your own Facebook page etc. Please don’t use our youtube page link to share your video. We want you to get the full benefit of your efforts and you do this best by sending people to your own pages.

Yes you can. Providing it is available to be licenced (paid for). We have a wide range of suitable music and our editors do a great job of matching our licenced music to the video but if you have a particular preference please let us know. There may be additional charges if we have to pay to get the particular song you want.
